                                                2. Review Process: The EPUCG2026 Organizing Committee and Editorial Board Members will review Your abstract, but this will only happen once the review fee has been paid.
                                                3. Acceptance & Next Steps: If your abstract is successfully reviewed and accepted (and any requested edits are made), you'll receive an Abstract Acceptance Letter. Afterward, you can proceed with the registration process for the event.

                                                • Registration fees are strictly non-refundable.
                                                  Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
                                                • If you are unable to attend in person, you have two alternative options:
                                                  1. Transfer your registration to the next edition of the conference.
                                                  2. Convert your participation to virtual (online) attendance for the current event.
